For Easter Sunday we had family visit and I didn't have enough eggs for all the things I wanted to make. Who knew eggless pancakes could come out so amazing?? So then I decided the same idea would work for muffins too and make chocolate chip muffins which were just ladled with chocolate chips. Nothing was left behind.
